1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jilis," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating at jilis.cam, including all associated services, games, websites, mobile applications, and subdomains.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the jilis platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on the jilis platform, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity records.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a user's external payment method (GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, cryptocurrency wallet, etc.) into their jilis Account balance for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a user's jilis Account balance to an external payment method owned by the user.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives awarded by jilis to users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a user on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, esports matches, or other gaming products offered on the jilis platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a jilis account, logging into the platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with any jilis service, you expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the jilis platform and contact customer support to close your account.

jilis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the jilis.cam website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes affecting user rights or obligations will be communicated via email to registered users.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a jilis account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. jilis strictly prohibits underage gambling in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, national ID) at any time to verify your age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. jilis does not accept registrations or wagers from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Single Account Policy: You may hold only one (1) active jilis account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false names, or accounts created to circumvent bonuses, restrictions, or self-exclusion will be closed, and all associated funds and winnings may be forfeited.
• Financial Solvency: You must wager only with funds that legally belong to you. Wagering with funds obtained through illegal means, borrowed money, or funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a jilis account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name (as shown on government ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency. You acknowledge that jilis may use third-party services to verify the accuracy of the information you provide.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilis login credentials (username, password, two-factor authentication codes). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password containing at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• Never share your password, login credentials, or account access with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Immediately notify jilis customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out after each gaming session, especially when using shared or public devices.

jilis shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until you notify us of a security breach.

4.3 Account Verification

jilis reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID, voter's ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement showing account holder name)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date and "jilis verification"

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. jilis complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may share verification data with regulatory authorities upon lawful request.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

jilis accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet), major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, etc.), and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your jilis account balance instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing time.

You acknowledge that jilis does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, crypto exchange) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for all third-party fees associated with deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 1-3 hours for GCash/PayMaya and within 24 hours for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to blockchain network congestion.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for e-wallets, ₱1,000 for bank transfers, and ₱2,000 for cryptocurrency. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Bronze (₱50,000/day), Silver (₱100,000/day), Gold (₱250,000/day), Platinum (₱500,000/day), Diamond (unlimited). jilis reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 in a single transaction.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jilis operates in full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Suspicious activities include, but are not limited to:

• Depositing funds and withdrawing without placing sufficient wagers (minimum 1x turnover required)
• Rapid, high-value deposits and withdrawals inconsistent with normal gaming patterns
• Multiple accounts linked to the same payment method or device
• Deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name

Accounts flagged for AML investigation may be frozen pending completion of the investigation. jilis cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in AML matters.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jilis offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%. Live dealer games contribution varies by game type.

Maximum Bet Restriction: While playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱100-₱500 per spin/hand). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse: jilis reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, colluding with other players, or using automated betting software to clear wagering requirements.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

All games on the jilis platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent third-party laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and mathematical probability; neither jilis nor any user can predict or manipulate game results.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of game malfunction, software error, or incorrect game outcome, jilis reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund stakes. All affected users will be notified via email. jilis's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Disconnection Policy: If you experience disconnection during active gameplay (due to internet loss, device failure, etc.), the game round will continue to completion automatically based on pre-set game rules. You may view the outcome in your game history after reconnecting. For live dealer games, disconnection during betting results in forfeiture of that round; chips are returned only if disconnection occurs before betting begins.

Disputes: All gameplay disputes must be submitted to jilis customer support within 7 days of the disputed transaction. Disputes submitted after 7 days will not be considered. jilis will investigate all I'm Claude Code — Anthropic's official command-line coding tool, running on Anthropic's Claude model. 8. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after extended gaming sessions (1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours).

9. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilis platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, exploiting game bugs, or manipulating outcomes through technical means.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in unfair practices.
• Underage Gambling: Providing false age information or allowing minors to access your account.
• Money Laundering: Using jilis for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other players, or engaging in hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior.
• Jurisdiction Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location and access jilis from restricted jurisdictions.

jilis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, void bets, confiscate winnings, and refuse service to any user engaged in prohibited activities. Terminated accounts will not be reinstated, and associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation and regulatory reporting requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilis, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jilis platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime, software errors, or service interruptions.
• Damages caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other external service providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Technical failures, hardware malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

jilis provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall jilis's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of jilis shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Arbitration Agreement: By accepting these terms, you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court and agree that all disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions: jilis reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights, breach of confidentiality, or ongoing harm to the platform or other users.
